    • 1 3/4 cup heavy cream or half an half ( you can also use milk if you like)
    • 1 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree or fresh pumpkin
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar
    • 3 eggs beaten
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
    • pinch of nutmeg, ginger or allspice
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • Beat until smooth.
