Pumpkin/Butternut Bake
Easy to make .Use either Pumpkin or Butternut Squash.Freezes \well.Goes well with any cooked Meats. Ingredients
- 750ml cooked Pumpkin or Butternut
- 250ml Sugar
- 50ml cornflour
- 2 eggs
- 45ml butter
- 250ml milk
Directions
- Mix together Pumpkin,Sugar,Cornflour
- Beat eggs and add to pot
- Add heated milkand butter and mix very well
- Spoon into a greased ovenproof dish
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 180c for 40 mins
