Pumpkin Bake
HCG Phase 3 recipe, low carb! Sugar free, gluten free, low carb. Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 5 eggs
- 20 drops liquid stevia (to taste)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth in a medium mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients
- Pour in 6 X 8 greased glass baking dish or 6 muffin cups.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center feels firm and knife come out sort of clean.
- Chill before serving,
- 6 servings.
