- 5 pcs Talong (eggplant), sliced into 4
- Canola oil
- salt and pepper
- Bottled Alamang (shrimp paste)
Directions
- Rub salt and pepper onto each side of the talong.
- Put oil into the hot pan.
- Fry each talong slices evenly on medium heat
- Drain excess oil or use paper towel to rest and drain each talong piece.
- Arrange on serving plate with alamang on the side.
