Potato souffle with tomato sauce

- 250g potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 50g sour cream
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons parsley, dill
- black pepper
- salt
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 50 ml tomato juice
Directions
- 1.Boil potatoes,let it chill,and smash them.
- 2.Mix the smashed potatoes with sour cream,butter,spices,black pepper,salt and egg yellows.
- 3.Beat the egg whites and put in the mixture.
- 4.Heat the oven,ad insert the souffle in a smeared yenna form.
- 5.In hot oil,mix chopped and peeled tomatoes,onion,garlic,and a little tomato juice,till is like in the picture.
- 6.Bake the souffle till is fluffy,and serve with tomato sauce.
