Pot Roast/Beef Stew
Ingredients
- Boneless shoulder cross rib roast or possibly bottom round
- 2 lg. onions
- 1 beef bouillon
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper
- 4 ounce. can mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. fat
Directions
- Add in onions, bouillon and rest of ingredients. Simmer pot roast 2 1/2-3 hrs. Stew 1 1/2-2 hrs. Add in 4 ounces mushrooms.
