Pot De Creme Au Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 bar (4 ounce.) German sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. cream
- 2 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Whipped cream
Directions
- Mix chocolate, sugar and cream in saucepan. Heat oven medium heat, stirring constantly, till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth. Remove from heat. Slowly pour into egg yolks, stirring constantly. Blend in vanilla. Pour into small individual dessert dishes or possibly demitasse c.. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream. 4 servings.
