Pork with Herbs and Worcestershire Sauce
I make this on dinner time when I feel like having a quick steak-like meal. Ingredients
- 2 pcs Pork Butterfly (cut into halves)
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- pepper
- canola oil
Directions
- Marinade the pork with all the ingredients except oil and let it sit for 2 hours or so. (overnight is fine too)
- You can choose between grilling the pork on coal or grill on stove or fry it on a pan.
- Brush the pork with the marinade until cooked.
- Place each piece on a serving platter.
