    Pork Chops

When cooking pork chops one has to keep in mind that this cut of meat could be a little tough, especially if the cut is thick. The way I cook pork chops they come out nice and juicy. This is how is cook them so they come out juicy and tender.

    Directions

Season the pork chops with McCormick’s Montreal Steak seasoning, which is now 25% less sodium, or salt and course pepper, would work just fine. I you have time, let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or so.

Bake the pork chops at 350˚ F until done and golden brown.

In the meantime, chop up ½ red and green peppers, and one medium size onion.

Stir in all vegetables in a large skillet with olive oil at medium-low heat.

Transfer all the pork chops and saute vegetables with pork chops for five-eight minutes. Turn the pork chops once or twice so it could absorb all the juices from the vegetables.
