Pork Chop Potato Bake
You could also use leftover pork chops, but then cooking time will be much less. Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 6 potatoes, sliced or possibly quartered
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 lg. can lowfat milk
Directions
- Mix soup and lowfat milk together.
- Brown pork chops in Dutch oven.
- Put potatoes on top of pork chops.
- Pour soup over top.
- Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
