You could also use leftover pork chops, but then cooking time will be much less.

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 6 potatoes, sliced or possibly quartered
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 lg. can lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Mix soup and lowfat milk together.
  2. Brown pork chops in Dutch oven.
  3. Put potatoes on top of pork chops.
  4. Pour soup over top.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
