Pork Chop Casserole
Tender chops and plenty of tasty gravy to serve with potatoes or noodles! Ingredients
- 6-8 pork sirloin chops
- 1 1/2 - 2 pounds Yukon Gold or redskin potatoes, your preference; if desired cooked noodles could be used in place of potatoes
- 1 can Progresso French onion soup
- 1 can Campbell's cream and chicken soup with herbs
- 1 can Campbell's cheese soup
- Salt, pepper, and other spices of your preference to taste
Directions
- Lightly browned each pork chop and set aside
- Carefully, on a mandolin, sliced potatoes very thin
- Place potatoes over the bottom of a casserole dish
- The potatoes can be replaced with cooked noodles if so desired
- Top the potatoes or noodles with the pork chops
- Cover with the soup which has been mixed together with a whisk
- Cover the casserole with plastic and aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your preference of doneness.
