Pork Chops and Rice
Ingredients
- 4-6 pork chops
- Minute Rice (servings for 6)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can milk
Directions
- Cook Minute Rice according to package directions. Spread in bottom of 9x13 inch pan.
- Place pork chops on top of rice.
- Mix soup and milk together; and pour over chops. Bake at 375 degrees 45 minutes to one hour.
