Pork Chop Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 6 med. potatoes
- 3 med. onions
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom or possibly cream of celery soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown pork chops. Slice potatoes and place in bottom of lightly greased 2 qt casserole. Slice onions and place on top of potatoes. Place pork chops on top of which. Salt and pepper and spread can of undiluted soup over top. Cover and bake for 45 min at 400 degrees. (If you use boneless porkchops, it is good the next day, too!)
