Pork Blade Steaks
This recipe is easy to manipulate to fit your taste. Ingredients
- Pork blade steaks
- Onion, minced, for seasoning
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- Ketchup or Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Place blade steaks in ungreased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle them with brown sugar, minced onion, lemon juice, ketchup (or other seasonings) to the desired amount for your taste.
- Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
- Very tender and moist meat.
