Ingredients

  • Pork blade steaks
  • Onion, minced, for seasoning
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Ketchup or Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Place blade steaks in ungreased casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle them with brown sugar, minced onion, lemon juice, ketchup (or other seasonings) to the desired amount for your taste.
  3. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour.
  4. Very tender and moist meat.
