Turn POM into a syrup and mix with Champagne. Perfect drink for any New Year's Eve party!
Ingredients
- 1 cup POM juice
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 Bottle Sparkling Wine (Spumante, Prosecco, any sweet variety)
Directions
1. Combine POM and Sugar in a small sauce pan. Bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Cool.
2. Pour about 1 Tbls POM syrup into the bottom of a glass, top with sparkling wine.
