    Ingredients

    • • 250 gms poha (Aval)
    • • 2 tbspn Cooking Oil
    • • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • • 1 tbspn Urad dhal
    • • 5-6 curry leaves
    • • 1/2 tbspn Cumin seed
    • • 1 green chilly Chopped
    • • 1/2tbspn Chili powder
    • • 1 medium onion chopped fine
    • • 1 potato chopped
    • • Boiled Peas
    • • 2 Grated Carrot
    • • Pinch Of Asafoetida
    • • 2 pinch of turmeric powder
    • • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. NOTE : Soak poha in a water for 1 min if the poha is too thick soak it for 5 mins. Wash poha and drain the water.
    2. Preparation:
    3. • Heat the oil in a nonstick pan on a medium flame and add the mustard seeds, urad dhal,cumin and curry leaves,Fry till the spluttering stops
    4. • Add the onion. Fry till soft and add greenchillies,chillipowder , turmeric powder,asafoetida and salt stir well.
    5. • add the chopped potatoes cook for few minutes then add boiled peas stir well
    6. • Now add poha Mix well fry for 2- 4 mins and add the grated carrot stir well to blend all ingredients.
    7. • Keep it in a low flame for 2- 3 mins and remove from flame
    8. • Garnish with coriander leaves..
