Ingredients
- 250g unsalted butter
- 300ml cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 400g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- Plum jam
- Caster sugar
Directions
- Mix butter, cream, sugar and baking powder.
- Slowly add flour to make a soft, stretchy dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
- Roll dough out thinly and cut into 15cm long triangles with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
- Place one teaspoon of jam at the wide end of the triangles and roll each one forward into a U shape.
- Bake at 200OC until golden. Roll in caster sugar while warm
