    Ingredients

    • 250g unsalted butter
    • 300ml cream
    • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
    • 400g flour
    • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
    • Plum jam
    • Caster sugar

    Directions

    1. Mix butter, cream, sugar and baking powder.
    2. Slowly add flour to make a soft, stretchy dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
    3. Roll dough out thinly and cut into 15cm long triangles with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
    4. Place one teaspoon of jam at the wide end of the triangles and roll each one forward into a U shape.
    5. Bake at 200OC until golden. Roll in caster sugar while warm
