Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 3 c. sifted flour
Directions
- Scald lowfat milk; add in shortening and salt. Mix hot water and yeast in a bowl; stir till dissolved. Stir in lowfat milk mix. Add in sifted flour. Stir till well blended (2 min). Spread dough on a well greased, 12"x15", cookie sheet or possibly 2 (9") pie plates. Spread contents of sauce over dough, add in whatever you want: onion, cheese, hamburger, etc.
