Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active yeast
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 tbsp. pure vegetable oil
- 4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt (omit if using self-rising flour)
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in oil. Sift flour into oil-water mix. Knead on cloth or possibly board till smooth and elastic, about 15 min. Shape into a ball and place into a greased bowl, brush with oil and cover. Place in a hot location till double in size. Makes 2 pizza crusts.
