PIZZA
Ingredients
- • 2 cups normal flour
- • 1 teaspoon salt
- • 2 teaspoon yeast
- • 3 teaspoon sugar
- • 30g butter or 50ml olive oil
- • ½ -1 cup water
Directions
- Method
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast
- 2. Add butter or olive oil (mix well)
- 3. Add water to form a dough
- 4. Knead until smooth
- 5. Rest for 5 min
- 6. Roll out the dough into 15cm (6â) round or rectangle try
- 7. Spread the tomato sauce or tomato paste or tomato purrie on the pizza base
- 8. Spread fully depends on your preference for eg. Chicken vegetables, lamb, ham
- 9. Finally sprinkle with grated cheese or pizza cheese.
- Let rise for 10-15min or until double in size, and bake at 200o â 220o for 20 min
