Pinoy Melon Shake (Iced Cantaloupe Smoothie)
one of my favorite smoothies Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 small carton quickmelt cheese
- 1 whole ripe cantaloupe, quartered
- 1-2 cup(s) sugar
- shaved ice
Directions
- Remove skin from melon then place 1 quarter in a blender, along with 4-5 slices of cheese, half cup sugar, and 1/4 cup milk.
- Mix at pulse then when running smoothly, you can mix on low or medium speed for another minute
- Check for cheese lumps at the bottom of the pitcher after blending. Pour into a tall glass and then sit back and relax.
- Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
