Pinoy Melon Shake (Iced Cantaloupe Smoothie)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 small carton quickmelt cheese
  • 1 whole ripe cantaloupe, quartered
  • 1-2 cup(s) sugar
  • shaved ice

Directions

  1. Remove skin from melon then place 1 quarter in a blender, along with 4-5 slices of cheese, half cup sugar, and 1/4 cup milk.
  2. Mix at pulse then when running smoothly, you can mix on low or medium speed for another minute
  3. Check for cheese lumps at the bottom of the pitcher after blending. Pour into a tall glass and then sit back and relax.
  4. Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.
