Pink Lemonade Angel Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. cool water
- 6 drops red food coloring
- 1 box Pillsbury angel food cake mix
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
Directions
- Place cool water, food coloring and cake fold in mixer bowl. Mix according to package directions; gently mix in lemon extract. Bake, cold and remove cake from pan according to package directions.
- Place 1 Tbsp. boiling water, corn syrup, lemon juice and powdered sugar in small mixing bowl; mix till well combined. Add in remaining boiling water, a tsp. at a time, till cake is of desired consistency; tint a delicate pink if you like. Drizzle cake with glaze.
