Pink And White Dessert
Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (I use no fat, no cholesterol frzn dessert)
- 1 sm. pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 lg. angel food cake
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries
Directions
- If you desire, use fresh berries, minced and sweetened to taste.
- Let ice cream soften; mix Jello with boiling water. Set aside to cold. Break up cake in small pcs and put in 9x13 inch pan or possibly dish. Mix Jello with berries, pour over cake. Mix in ice cream. Freeze a few hrs before serving.
