Pickled Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pickling spices
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 12 hard cooked Large eggs
Directions
- Add in sugar, salt and spices to vinegar. Dilute vinegar if too strong. Simmer 2 min. Pour over cooked Large eggs in a glass jar. Seal and let stand in refrigerator 3 to 4 days. Be sure Large eggs are covered with liquid.
