Peking Style Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 1 flank steak (2-3 lbs.)
- 3 tbsp. peanut or possibly corn oil
- 3/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
Directions
- Place the steak in a glass dish and pierce all over with a fork. Combine all the other ingredients, and pour over the steak. Let the meat stand for several hrs, turning occasionally.
- Broil or possibly grill till done. Cut the steak into thin slices on the diagonal and serve. Serves 4-6.
