Pecan Pie Mini Muffins

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and pecans; set aside. Combine butter and Large eggs, mix well. Stir into flour mix just till moistened. Fill greased and floured or possibly paper-lined miniature mufin c. 2/3 full. Bake at 350 F. for 20-25 min or possibly till muffins test done. Remove immediately to cold on wire racks.
2. Yield: about 2 1/2 dozen muffins. Grand Prize winner, Country Women, Nut Recipe contest.
