    My husband loves peanut butter sweets!! so I keep trying new recipes for him. This one was a winner!! Hope you Enjoy!

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
    • 1/3 cups butter, melted
    • Filling
    • 5 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup peanut butter chips
    • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    • Topping
    • 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
    • 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped unsalted peanuts

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, combine pretzels and butter, Press onto the bottom and 1 inch up the side of greased 10 inch pan.
    2. Place pan on baking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes cool on a wire rack.
    3. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
    4. Add peanut butter and vanilla mix well
    5. Add eggs and beat on low just until combined
    6. Stir in chips
    7. Pour over the crust, bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until center is almost set
    8. cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes (leave oven on)
    9. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, peanut butter and sugar, spread over filling.
    10. Sprinkle with nuts
    11. return to oven and bake for 5 minutes
    12. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes, Carefully run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen, cool 1 hour longer
    13. refrigerate over night
