    Ingredients

    • 6 oz Greek yogurt - any flavor or plain
    • 2 Tbls creamy peanut butter
    • 1 Tbls jelly - any flavor
    • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
    • 1/2 cup frozen fruit - I used strawberries
    • 1/2 cup skim milk (Almond milk or soy milk would also be fine)

    All the fantastic flavors of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but in smoothie form! This Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie is made with Greek yogurt and oats for a deliciously hearty breakfast or snack!

    With school starting this next Wednesday I’m in rare form trying to get the house in order, uniforms washed, backpacks packed, etc. I’ve been working on a list of quick breakfast and dinner recipes that I can turn to on those days when I’m like “Whaaat?
