  • Peaches 'N' Cream Dessert Pizza

    Ingredients

    • 1 can condensed (sweetened) lowfat milk
    • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
    • 1/4 c. lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 c. butter, softened
    • 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    • 1 c. flour
    • 1/4 c. quick oats
    • 1/4 c. finely minced walnuts
    • 1 (29 ounce.) can peaches (cling)
    • Pam-spray additional 1/3 c. nuts

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla; mix well. Chill. Cream together butter and sugar, fold in flour, oats and walnuts till blended. Spray pizza pan with Pam. press dough into 12 inch circle forming ridge around edge (like a pizza). Prick with fork and bake 10-12 min or possibly till golden. Cold, spoon filling proportionately onto crust. Arrange peach slices on filling and garnish with nuts. Chill. Serve cool.
