Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 sm. Packages vanilla instant pudding
- 2 Large eggs
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 (13 ounce.) cans sliced peaches
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
- 6 tbsp. peach juice
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (topping)
Directions
- Beat first 6 ingredients with a mixer for 2 min. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Drain peach slices (reserve juice). Place peaches in rows on top of crust mix. Beat cream cheese, peach juice, and sugar together. Carefully spoon on top of peaches. Sprinkle with topping mix and bake 30-40 min at 350 degrees.
