Peach Glazed Baked Small Chicken Thighs

- 8 small Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 Cup Peach Preserves
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock (or Chicken Broth)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add peach preserves, honey, ketchup and stir well to mix, coat each chicken thigh with a brush and the glaze, place in a non stick baking dish in a single layer. Add chicken stock, cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 375 F for 35 minutes.
- Serve with a cucumber salad on the side-delicious!
