Pasta With Marinara Sauce
Ingredients
- 200 gm MAGGI Pasta - Penne
- 1 pkt MAGGI Napolitana Pasta Sauce Mix
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x garlic cloves, crushed (1 to 2)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chilli pwdr
- 500 gm marinara mix or possibly mixed seafood, (cut into small pcs)
- 1/2 c. red or possibly white wine
Directions
- Add in the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 11 min or possibly till just tender.
- While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Place the sauce fold in a bowl. Add in the boiling water and whisk till smooth. Set the sauce aside.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add in the garlic, paprika and chilli pwdr and cook, stirring over a low heat for 1 minute.
- Add in the seafood to the pan and cook over a moderate heat for 2-3 min, or possibly till the seafood is almost cooked.
- Add in the wine and simmer for 1 minute. Stir the sauce into the seafood mix.
- Drain the pasta and place in a serving dish. Top with the sauce and serve immediately.
