  • Pasta With Marinara Sauce

    Ingredients

    • 200 gm MAGGI Pasta - Penne
    • 1 pkt MAGGI Napolitana Pasta Sauce Mix
    • 3/4 c. boiling water
    • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 x garlic cloves, crushed (1 to 2)
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1/4 tsp chilli pwdr
    • 500 gm marinara mix or possibly mixed seafood, (cut into small pcs)
    • 1/2 c. red or possibly white wine

    Directions

    1. Add in the pasta to a large quantity of boiling salted water and cook for approximately 11 min or possibly till just tender.
    2. While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Place the sauce fold in a bowl. Add in the boiling water and whisk till smooth. Set the sauce aside.
    3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add in the garlic, paprika and chilli pwdr and cook, stirring over a low heat for 1 minute.
    4. Add in the seafood to the pan and cook over a moderate heat for 2-3 min, or possibly till the seafood is almost cooked.
    5. Add in the wine and simmer for 1 minute. Stir the sauce into the seafood mix.
    6. Drain the pasta and place in a serving dish. Top with the sauce and serve immediately.
