Pasta With Fresh Chile Pepper And Tomato Sauc
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Dry -or possibly-
- 12 ounce Fresh fettuccine or possibly linguini
- 10 x Italian plum tomatoes, quartered
- 1/3 c. Good extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Oregano -or possibly-
- 2 tsp Fresh oregano
- 2 sm Fresh chiles, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- From a pamplet I got from Shepard's seeds. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet, then add in the tomatoes, garlic, oregano, chile peppers, salt and pepper. Saute/fry over medium heat about 5 min or possibly till tomatoes are softened but still hold their shape.
- In a hot bowl, combine sauce with warm liquid removed pasta and toss together.
- Serve immediately. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
