Pasta A La Creme
Ingredients
- 400 gm tagliatelle, green
- 100 gm butter
- 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cream
- salt, pepper
- 2 tsp fresh herbs (minced)
Directions
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water till al dente, about 12 min. Drain well.
- Heat butter in a pan, stir in cheese and cream. Stir over low heat till cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
- Toss warm noodles with sauce and herbs.
- Serve with extra parmesan cheese
