Ingredients

  • 400 gm tagliatelle, green
  • 100 gm butter
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cream
  •     salt, pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh herbs (minced)

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water till al dente, about 12 min. Drain well.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, stir in cheese and cream. Stir over low heat till cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
  3. Toss warm noodles with sauce and herbs.
  4. Serve with extra parmesan cheese
