- 600 g pork chops, boneless
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic in granules
- 40 g breadcrumbs
- 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ tbs dried basil
- ¼ tsp garlic in granules
- 50 g butter
Directions
1.Mix eggs, salt, pepper and garlic in a shallow plate. Mix bread crumbs, grated cheese, basil and garlic in another shallow plate.2.Dip each pork chop first in egg mixture, then in breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture. Pat to make it stick if needed.3.Place crumbed chops, in a single layer, in the oven-proof baking dish, and top with pieces of butter.Useful Links
