PANEER TIKKA HARIYALI
Its a quick and easy vegetarian starter,with mild Indian flavours. Ingredients
- PANEER/COTTAGE CHEESE-250 Grams(cubed in 1"x1" pieces)
- Coriander Leaves -a handful(APPROX 50 Grams)
- Mint Leaves-half of coriander leaves
- Green Chillies-1-2
- Ginger-Garlic Paste-1 Tsp
- Yogurt-1 Tbsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Olive Oil -1Tbsp
- Lime Juice-1tsp
Directions
- Cut the cottage cheese into square cubes,preferably of 1"x1" and keep it aside.
- Grind the coriander leaves,mint leaves,ginger-garlic paste and green chillies in yogurt to a smooth paste.
- Add this paste to the cut Paneer and add salt,lime juice and olive oil and gently marinate.
- Leave the above for 45 mins.
- Set the oven to 150C and place the paneer cubes on a foiled baking tray and bake for 10-12 mins,till it turns slightly brown on the edges.
- Once its ready transfer it to a serving plate and pierce tooth picks on each cube and garnish with grated carrot.
