Pandan and Mango Cream dessert
I like this. I make this dessert as often as I can. Ingredients
- 2 packs Jelly Powder Mix Buko-Pandan Flavor
- 2 cans Condensed Milk (Big)
- 1 pouch All Purpose Cream
- 1 can Evaporated Milk (Big)
- 1/4 kl White Sugar
- 1 kl Ripe Mangoes
Directions
- Cook the jelly according to the packaging. I always add ¼ kl white sugar because I want the jelly to be sweet.
- Place in the molder, let it cool completely.
- Cut the pandan jelly and mangoes into cubes.
- In a bowl, combine the jelly and mangoes together. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream, condensed milk and evap.
- Then pour the mixture to the jelly and mango combination.
- Mix thoroughly. Chill
