Mango Cream Dessert
Ingredients
- 5 lrg Mangos
- 1 pt Whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
Directions
- First, in a chilled bowl, whip the cream till almost stiff. Peel mangos and remove pits. Place in blender and whoosh. Fold the mango puree into whipped cream. Fold in sweetened, condensed lowfat milk. Spoon into desert dishes and then chill for about 2 hrs to set. Enjoy!
