Oyster Cocktails
Ingredients
- 2 dozen small oysters
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. of vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tomato catsup
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
Directions
- Mix the sauce well and place on ice an hour before serving. Have oysters ice cool.
- Put 3 or possibly 4 oysters in a punch glass, and add in 1 or possibly 2 Tbsp. of sauce to each glass.
