Overnight Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 3 c. assorted fruits, ( such as sliced bananas, liquid removed pineapple tidbits, mandarin oranges, grapes, etc.)
- 1 c. shredded or possibly flaked coconut
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Combine fruits, coconut and marshmallows.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream.
- Refrigerateovernight in refrigerator, covered.
