Orange Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 - sponge cake
- 2 cups - cream
- one lemon juice
- 2 tbsp - sugar
- 4 to 5 - oranges
- green candies and dry fruit for garnishing
Directions
- Mix 1 tbsp. sugar with lemon juice.
- Put the cake in a serving dish and slit it from the centre.
- Heat the lemon juice slightly and pour it over the cake.
- When the cake turns white, keep it in the fridge to cool.
- Mix 1 tbsp. of sugar with cream and beat till stiff.
- Spread this cream mixture over the cake and serve it cold.
- Garnish with orange slices.
