  • Big Orange Harvey Walibanger Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkt Orange cake mix
    • 3 1/2 ounce Instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 3/4 c. Orange juice
    • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
    • 4 x Large eggs
    • 1/4 c. Vodka
    • 1/4 c. Galliano liqueur
    • 1 c. Powdered sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. Vodka
    • 1 Tbsp. Galliano liqueur

    Directions

    1. Lightly grease and flour a 10 c. microwave Bundt pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat 4 min on medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Place on an inverted saucer in microwave oven. Microwave at medium high (70%) till wooden pick inserted comes out clean, 12 to 14 min. Allow cake to cold 10 to 1 2 min. Invert onto serving plate.
    2. Glaze while hot.
    3. Glaze: Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Stir till smooth and drizzle over hot cake.
