Orange Plum Sauce
- 1 can (16 ounces) whole purple plums,liquid removed, pitted, and minced
- 1 jar orange marmalade (12 oz size)
- 1 jar red plum jam (12 oz size)
- 1/2 stk grnd cinnamon
- In a medium bowl, combine minced plums,orange marmalade, plum jam, and cinnamon. Serve at room temp as a condiment or possibly dessert topping. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
- Makes about 3 c. sauce.
