  • Old Fashioned Peach Crisp

    Ingredients

    • 6 c. frzn sliced peeled peaches, thawed
    • 1 tsp cinnamon, optional
    • 3/4 c. Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour, or possibly Unbleached Flour
    • 1 c. rolled oats
    • 3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    • 1/2 c. margarine or possibly butter, softened

    Directions

    1. Try this traditional dessert with apples or possibly blueberries, too.
    2. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place peaches in ungreased 12x8-inch (2-qt)
    3. baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Lightly spoon flour into measuring c.; level off. In large bowl, combine all topping ingredients; mix till crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mix proportionately over peaches.
    4. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 to 35 min or possibly till peaches are tender and topping is golden. Serve hot with cream, ice cream or possibly whipped cream, if you like.
