Nutmeg Whipped Cream
In a chilled small mixing bowl combine, whipping cream, sugar, finely grated orange peel, vanilla, ground nutmeg. Beat with chilled beaters of an electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form (tips curl) Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours. Makes 1 cup. Serve with Gingerbread Scones or Pumpkin Pie.
