    "WALNUTS, QUICK ROLLED OATS & CELERY ARE THE COMBINATION THAT MAKES THE FLAVOR OF THESE BURGERS BROWNED IN OIL. NEED TO ALLOW FOR 1 HOUR OF STANDING TIME BEFORE ADDING SAUTEED' VEGETABLES AND FORMING BURGERS. THEN CAN BE BAKED IN A FAVORITE GRAVY FOR 30 MINUTES. Note: EVAPORATED MILK SUBSTITUTE -MAKE YOUR OWN: 2/3 CUP ORGANIC NON-FAT DRY MILK POWDER 3/4 CUP WATER MIX WATER & MILK POWDER TOGETHER& USE AS NEEDED.

    Ingredients

    • 3 ORGANIC EGGS, BEATEN
    • 12 OZ. CAN ORGANIC EVAPORATED MILK OR 1 CUP (Note: See Above recipe for Evaporated Milk Substitute-MAKE YOUR OWN)
    • 2 CUPS ORGANIC ROLLED OATS
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC WALNUTS, CHOPPED FINE
    • 1-1/2 TEASPOONS SALT
    • 1/2 TEASPOON ORGANIC SAGE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
    • 2 ORGANIC CLOVES GARLIC, PRESSED
    • 1/2 CUP ORGANIC ONION, PRESSED IN GARLIC PRESS
    • 1-1/2 CUPS ORGANIC CELERY, MINCED FINE
    • 1 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
    • 1 TABLESPOON GROUND FLAX SEED

    Directions

    1. BEAT EGGS, ADD EVAPORATED MILK, OATS, WALNUTS, SALT, SAGE, AND LET STAND FOR ONE HOUR.
    2. SAUTE' GARLIC, ONION, CELERY IN THE OIL.
    3. ADDING THE BREAD CRUMBS & FLAX SEED HELPS BURGERS TO HOLD TOGETHER.
    4. 3. ADD SAUTEED' VEGETABLES, MIX IN NINJA BOWL
    5. FORM INTO SMALL BALLS AND FLATTEN SLIGHTLY TO MAKE BURGERS.
    6. FRY OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL NICELY BROWNED ON EACH SIDE.
    7. COVER WITH 2 CUPS OF YOUR FAVORITE BROWN GRAVY AND BAKE AT 375 DEGREES F. ABOUT 1/2 HOUR OR UNTIL BUBBLY.
